Ir. H. Djuanda/Jatiluhur II Regional Water Supply is a drinking water facility with 7.000 L/det out flow generated. Water allocation from this water supply is for Bekasi Regency (1.371 L/det), Bekasi City (1.051 L/det), DKI Jakarta (2.054 L/det) and Bogor Regency (2.012 L/det). 

Business Entity’s Socpe

-   Upstream scope: design, build, finance, operate, maintain, and at the end of the cooperation period hand over all the facilities that have been built to the upstream phase GCA. The Upstream Scope is carried out through a Design, Build, Finance, Operate, Maintain, and Transfer (DBFOMT) Contract.

Upstream technical scope:  Intake, Water Treatment Plant (WTP), WTP Reservoir, Distribution Pipe for Raw Water, and Distribution Pipe for Bulk Drinking Water.

-  Downstream scope: design, build, finance, improve distribution networks, provide new connections, maintain, and at the end of the cooperation period, the SPV will hand over all the facilities that have been built to the downstream phase GCA. The downstream scope is carried out through Performance-Based Contracts and Trade Credit Contracts.

Downstream technical scope:  Distribution Reservoir, Main Distribution Network Pipeline, and Distribution Pipe.

-  Project was initially proposed by Consortium PT Varsa Zamindo Lestari dan Ranhill Capital Sdb Bhd. The proposal was returned due to non-compliance with the preferred water tariff offtaker and financial capacity requirements, The government is now working to convert the project into a solicited scheme.
